Villa Seventynine scored his 2nd win for the preparation at Sandown today coming from 2nd last on the turn with a weaving run through traffic to score. He now has 3 wins from his10 starts and the son of G1 winner BON AURUM is starting to build a good race profile. Credit to jockey Luke Nolen who let the horse find his feet early and settled back in running, waiting patiently for a run to appear, when it did  half way up the straight he drove the horse through to secure the win. Nearly a month between runs the horse was a victim of wet tracks causing him to be scratched on occasion but trainer Wendy Kelly waited for the dry surface which he has a liking for. Congratulations to her and her team at Wendy Kelly Racing. That’s another home bred winner to the team at Ken King Thoroughbreds.
