4YO BON AURUM gelding Bon’s Your Back has returned in terrific order completing back to back wins at the start of his current preparation. After winning at Mt Gambier 1st up he has followed up with a dominant win at Stawell today over 1106m. They flew early so he went back from his wide gate and coming to turn was at least 15L off them, to apprentice jockey Jordyn Weatherley’s credit she did not panic and let the horse get into good rhythm unleashing huge finish to swap the leaders and score driving away. Nice record continues to build for this guy with 4 wins from 13 starts. Big thanks to Tom Dabernig at his team at Warrnambool who have the horse on top of his game. Another Ken King bred winner!
