Bahama Bay returned to winning form for new stable and trainer Alex Rae. It is fair to say he had a disappointing previous prep but after today’s win 1st up win he looks like the Bahama Bay of old that competed with success at City grade as a 3YO. All credit to new trainer Alex Rae who has left nothing unturned to get the horse back to form. Our 1st winner with Alex but our team is building with the stable and we expect plenty more winners in the years to come. Jake Noonan knows the horse well and fired him out of the gates and let him roll along in cruise mode gave him a shake up on the turn and the horse responded by pulling away from his rivals. This well bred son of Holler has a lot to live up to being a half brother to G2 winner and G1 placed BONS A PEARLA, maybe this might be his time. Another Ken King bred winner!
