Bon Rocket after a disappointing preparation to date where not much had gone right for him returned to the winners circle today at Cranbourne in a good quality R78 over 1400m. In a daring move at the 800m mark Dwayne Dunn set him alight from well back in the field to sit outside the leader and then kicked on the home turn to hold of the challengers. A fantastic effort by trainer Wendy Kelly to persist despite the setbacks this time in and get him back winning.
