Melba Storm headed to Adelaide today to compete in a well rated 3YO handicap and met a odds on shorty that was all the rage. The favorite led them up and Melba sat out the back. When they turned for home leading SA jockey Todd Pannell eased her to the outside and she launched to wheel in the leader and win eased down on the line. That made it two wins in a row and four wins from her nine career starts. The Busuttin team took her to Adelaide to get that City win, job done and well done team. That was her 1st trip away from Melbourne and she obviously coped very well. There is a nice race in her this prep and we look forward to her continuing her winning ways either at home or interstate.
